1. A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 - $50.00 depending upon service is required to secure your booking and must be paid in advance.
2. Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by calling the salon directly. 3. Clients must arrive on time for their appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed, after which the appointment may be canceled.
4. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other clients.
5. Rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the deposit.
6. Only the person receiving the treatment will be allowed in the salon. No extra guests or children are permitted during the appointment. 7. All payments, including the remaining balance of the service cost, must be paid in full before the service is provided. 8. Additional services requested during the appointment will be charged accordingly and must be settled before leaving the salon. 9. Special promotions or discounts may not be combined with the deposit offer. 10. By making a booking, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of our booking policy. 11. If client has to leave and come back next day to continue service there will be a extra charge of $85.00 no exceptions
